The weather in the Netherlands can change quickly. Safety always comes first on a helicopter flight.
In bad weather:
- we will contact you on the day itself
- we try to reschedule the flight to another time
- If not, you will be refunded 100% of the purchase price

Are you unexpectedly unable to take part in your helicopter flight? Then the following conditions apply:
Cancel:
- Up to 6 days in advance: cancellation free of charge
- Up to 24 hours in advance: 50% refund
- Within 24 hours: cancellation no longer possible
Amend:
- You can request a change up to 24 hours in advance
- We do our best to make this possible, but cannot guarantee availability

How long in advance should I book a helicopter flight?
You can book a helicopter flight all year round for the tulip bloom in April. As we only fly two weekends a year, we recommend booking well in advance. That way, you can be assured of a spot.
When is a helicopter flight cancelled?
A helicopter flight is cancelled at:

heavy rain or showers

thunderstorm or hail

poor visibility (fog)

technical reasons (safety always comes first)
How many people can board the helicopter?
A maximum of four passengers can board each flight, plus the pilot.
What if the tulips don't bloom (anymore)?
We fly only when the tulips are in bloom. That is our guarantee. If the tulips are not flowering, the flights will not take place.
