What happens after booking?
After booking your helicopter flight, you know exactly where you stand:
- You will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail
- About a week before the flight you will receive the exact take-off time
- Arrive 25 minutes before departure at the Tulip Experience Field in Creil to check in

What happens in bad weather?
The weather in the Netherlands can change quickly. Safety always comes first on a helicopter flight.
In bad weather:
- we will contact you on the day itself
- we try to reschedule the flight to another time
- If not, you will be refunded 100% of the purchase price
Cancel or change
Are you unexpectedly unable to take part in your helicopter flight? Then the following conditions apply:
Cancel:
- Up to 6 days in advance: cancellation free of charge
- Up to 24 hours in advance: 50% refund
- Within 24 hours: cancellation no longer possible
Amend:
- You can request a change up to 24 hours in advance
- We do our best to make this possible, but cannot guarantee availability
